Squingle, the psychedelic blended actuality puzzle recreation, will obtain a model re-creation later this month.
Created by Dr Ben Outram, Squingle sees you guiding orbs from begin to end whereas avoiding the sides of the glass-like mazes containing them. The brand new version of Squingle is being launched by VRAL Video games (VRIDER), providing each absolutely immersive and MR environments with help for Contact controllers and hand monitoring.
As seen on the Meta Horizon Store, this re-creation of Squingle options over 100 puzzles at launch with “extra added over time,” supporting seated and standing gameplay. Help for each room-scale and mini-scale puzzle sizes is offered, and there is additionally a ‘Problem Mode’ with time trials that place your ending instances on a world on-line leaderboard.
The unique recreation – now titled Squingle – Legacy – has been delisted, and it had seen continued post-launch help since first arriving in 2021. Additionally that includes over 100 ranges, the Legacy model launched post-launch MR help by way of a ‘Passthrough Update,’ which was subsequently expanded on with hand tracking and mixed reality updates.
Squingle reaches the Meta Quest platform on November 21.
