Datta has top-of-the-line jobs in authorized tech. He oversees the event and execution of Clio’s strategic progress technique by acquisitions and investments.
He brings to Clio years of M&A expertise on each side of the desk as a strategic acquirer and sell-side advisor, with experiences in sourcing, deal execution and integration. Previous to Clio, Shubham was a company improvement lead at Shopify engaged on acquisitions and investments.
