Enterprise funds specialist Fleetcor Applied sciences has introduced its acquisition of Roomex, an lodging supplier, for an undisclosed quantity.
The acquisition is Fleetcor’s third in journey and transport this yr, following its buy in March of Levarti, a notification and re-accommodation system for delays and cancellations for air passengers.
Eire-based Roomex, which makes a speciality of company lodging, will broaden U.S.-based Fleetcor’s present resort reserving enterprise to Europe.

Ron Clarke, chairman and chief govt of Fleetcor, says: “Roomex offers us a really related workforce lodging enterprise in Europe. It supplies us a base of operations, experience and a resort community from which we are able to construct out the lodging enterprise throughout Europe whereas leveraging the numerous shopper base we have already got there.”
Garry Moroney, CEO of Roomex, provides that the acquisition will allow it to “broaden its product providing and speed up gross sales development.”
The acquisition is anticipated to shut in November.
